What data we collect and why

Only the data you send us through the contact form (name, telephone number and reason for consultation), for the sole purpose of calling you to arrange an appointment.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to deal with your request. If you become a patient, your clinical information is managed in the hospital's medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Who it is shared with

No one, except the technical providers acting as data processors: Supabase (servers in Germany, European Union), where form requests are stored; Google (Gmail), through which the doctor is notified of each request; and GitHub, which hosts the website's pages.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing through the form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es).

Cookies and visitor statistics

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser, and only there, is which exercises you have ticked in the exercise plans, so that you do not lose them when you come back.

To know how many people visit the website, each page view is recorded with the date, the page address, the site you came from and whether you are browsing on a mobile or a computer. Your internet protocol address and any data that could identify you are not stored, and this information is not combined with any other data or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. The record is hosted on Supabase (servers in Germany, European Union), which acts as data processor.
